By accessing apollo-skin.online or purchasing an Apollo product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or place an order. Some products may have additional age requirements stated on the product page.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing is shown in the currency selected at checkout and includes applicable VAT.

Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept all major cards and the regional wallets shown at checkout.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $120. Otherwise a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout based on destination.

Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except where the product is faulty.

The Apollo diagnostic is informational and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Stockholm District Court.
