Apollo ("we", "us") is a research-led skincare house operating from Stockholm, Sweden. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

We follow the GDPR and applicable national equivalents. If you have a question about your data, contact privacy@apollo-skin.online.

Account data — name, email, shipping address, order history.

Diagnostic data — answers you provide in the on-site diagnostic. Stored against your account to refine future protocols.

Behavioural data — anonymised page views and conversion events used to improve the site.

To process and ship orders, run diagnostics, send transactional email, and operate the site.

To send marketing email — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email.

To meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping and consumer protection requests.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors that operate on our behalf — payment, shipping, email, analytics — under written data-processing agreements.

A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection. Email privacy@apollo-skin.online to exercise any of these.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Account and order data is kept for the duration of the account plus 7 years for tax compliance. Diagnostic data is deleted when you delete your account.
